After-hours emergency by appointment only. Use "Directory" on touch screen keypad to search the unit number. Click on the unit number to begin the call. The contact for the unit will answer the phone verify guest and press 9 on their phone to open the gate.

Guest Registration For Gate Access: Guests must register 24 hours in advance.

  • There is NO ONSITE PICKUP FOR CODES OR REGISTRATION! 
  • Entry Codes will arrive via Email / Text Message.
  • Be sure to enter the correct email address and phone number.

Guest Registration For Gate Access

  • Guests MUST register for their stay.
  • Upon completing registration you will receive your guest pass & entry code for your stay via email/text message.
  • Can't find it? (Search "MYQ" in your Email/Text)
  • Use the entry code at the Wind Drift entry gates kiosk for parking access. Do not share your personalized entry code with anyone. 
  • Wind Drift reserves the right to deactivate any entry code at any time if believed to be misused in any way at any time.

Parking Information:

  • Each unit is permitted (2) vehicles maximum per stay.
  • Guest registration is (1) per vehicle.
  • Unregistered vehicles will towed at the owner's expense.
  • Guest registration is valid for max (7) days. Longer stays will be required to re-register.
  • Guests should register before they arrive to avoid unnecessary inconveniences. Be sure your guests specify the North or South tower.
  • Each Registered Guest code will allow them 24/7 access to Wind Drift.
  • Wind Drift reserves the right to deactivate any vendor / registered guest's entry code at any time if believed to be misused or abused in any way.
  • Vendors & Vendors guests can be held responsible for any damage(s) to Wind Drift Property.

Rental Managers and VRBO Registering Guests :

  • When registering your guest be sure to use the correct and complete phone number and email address to ensure timely delivery and unnecessary inconveniences.
  • Guest entry codes become active at 8 am the day of check-in and deactivated at 12 pm the day of check-out.
  • Guest registration max duration of (7) Days.
  • Guests staying longer than 7 days are required to re-register or change the quantity to suit.
  • Each unit is permitted (2) vehicles maximum per stay.
  • Guest registration is (1) per vehicle.
  • Unregistered vehicles will towed at the owner's expense.

Over Flow Parking:

  • South towers overflow parking is located at the North Tower across the street.
  • North Tower guest entry codes will not allow vehicular access to the South Tower.
  • South Tower guest entry codes will work with both North and South Towers.

Guest Boat Registration:

  • Guest register with the Waves Association Management at least 7 days prior to their arrival.
  • There is a limited number of spots available for guests and same-day availability is not guaranteed.
  • Guests will need to provide a valid driver's license, valid boat registration, and proof of insurance along with the Guest Boat Parking Agreement and Liability Waiver.
  • When all documents are received, guests will be invoiced for payment, due immediately.
  • Payment can be made by Credit Card or Check ONLY

Boat Registration Fee - Boatyard/Docks:

  • Renters/Non-Owner Guests - $50/day*
  • Renters/Non-Owner Guests - $300/week*
  • Renters/Non-Owner Guests – Seasonal $300/month* (11/1 – 2/28)
  • *A fee of 3.85% will be added to the total for payments made by credit card.

Violation of the Boat Registration or Guest Registration Rules:

  • First Warning - $100 fine chargeable to the owner’s account
  • Second Warning - $250 fine chargeable to the owner’s account
  • Third Warning - $500 fine chargeable to the owner’s account

PAPERWORK MUST BE SUBMITTED A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE

All Wind Drift vendors are a valued integral part of the success of keeping our property beautiful for all to enjoy. We thank you for your dedication and support to Wind Drift Condominiums!

Vendor Registration:

  • Please use the following link to register as a Vendor for Wind Drift Condominiums. 
  • Examples: Property Management Companies, Cleaning Services, Maintenance Services, “Self-Renter Services,” and Rental Management Companies.
  • Vendors must list all units for which they are responsible. 
  • Vendor entry codes will be emailed.
  • Each Vendor needs to re-register each year.
  • Vendor Access Permitted 7 Days a week 8 am-5 pm- Vendor entry codes will not work outside these hours.
