Q. My home is for sale, and I need my agent to show me the clubhouse. How do I go about getting this done?
A. When listing your home for sale, please have the Real estate agent contact Kim Dumond at the clubhouse for access to the clubhouse when showing the property. Access for listing agents will be limited from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day of the week. If other agents show your home for sale, the listing agent will need to call the clubhouse with their name and email address so they can also be given access. Their access will be limited to when they are scheduled to show your home.
