If you are experiencing a cable or internet outage, what should I do, and who should I call? 
A. Please do not call or email Waves regarding this issue. For the best results, you will need to call your service provider. Cable is provided by the Association through Mediacom - 888-845-6245. Internet and phone are provided by the owner-selected provider. 

 

The following amenities are open for use:

  • Parking garage
  • Pool
  • Veranda
  • Bathrooms at the veranda
  • Fitness Center 
  • Both Elevators are operational

 

Friendly Reminders:

  • All vehicles must have proper owner's stickers or rental passes facing outward, which must be filled in completely to be valid.
  • Vehicles will be towed after a 2-hour warning is issued.
  • Parking passes can be purchased at Waves Management for $40. Hours of operation: M-F/8:30-4:30.
  • Please ask all guests/visitors to return the carts to the cart room or the garage area after use.
  •  Renters can NOT park boats on the property from MMD to Labor Day weekend. After that, they must obtain a pass for the boat and trailer, register the boat, and pay the fees accordingly.

QHow do renters register their boats?
A. Renters pay $20/day, $100/week, and $300/month- if available. They will get a pass to tape to the trailer. We have eight allocated spots for OWNERS ONLY from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend- first come, first serve.  Please be sure to follow all rules and regulations.
